Lifted in High School for football. Then went to college and got fat and lazy. In January 2007 I joined a gym and started to get serious. Now i'm addicted.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30sec to 1 min. I try to keep my heart rate up for the entire workout. I rest up to 5min before attempting a 1rep max.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Frank Zane had the best physique of a bodybuilder ever, Arnold was increadible as well.
