How I Started:
I was a runner in school, afterwords I started training at the YMCA. I loved the way my body responded to weights. I recently started training again to lose the weight I put on during pregnancy, and eating badly.
Why I Love It:
It helps to keep me looking and feeling great!
How I Stay Motivated:
My muscle gains are a huge motivation, but the the way I feel after a training session is all the satisfaction I really need to get to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I was married May 2008, and lost my first 20 lbs in the 8 weeks before my wedding. I have since dropped another 40 lbs, and am at my smallest in 10 years.

Yeah, I'll be busy tomorrow and Wednesday, but I'll still get my gym time in. I did a three mile run this morning and then did bi's and tri's. What did u do today?
I am moving this week. However, I do plan on catching the post fireworks and probably cooking out. Still going to get my workouts in. What have u been up to?
