Before I injured my chest/shoulder...in the summer of '07 i got my bench over 300 and my squat to around 450(and i do mean a real, deep squat).

This was taken the day when I decided to start seriously working to get back to where I was.
Bench 320 by my football teams bench competition, called the "Lift-a-thon". This takes place April 14. I got to get 40lbs in 5 weeks. I'll bench 305 min.
Also I want to get my 40 yard dash time to around a 4.55
Goal (Long):
I'd like to enlist in he Marine Corps after high school, and after/during become a power lifter or body builder. I'm not sure which one yet.

Great goals. Keep working hard. Good luck in football. Muscle gain and strength gains come slow, so be patient, but work hard and eat right. Stay natural. Good luck in bodybuilding and football.
Nick - sorry to hear about the injury bro. I've had a couple of rotator cuff strains myself. You look like a strong dude -- impressive chest & shoulders!
