If you need man, go for it. Always listen to your body.. Shoulder injurys can go from bad to worse FAST. Just make sure you continue to eat as if you are still training and you will keep your gains.. A 2 week break from the eating is what will kill ya.

It varies from person to person. I lost my callpers, so I didn't measure for the last show, but I get mine below the 4% mark for a show.
I have gotten up to 15% in previous off-seasons. I don't reccomend going past 12 in general, and since I am modelling now, I plan on keeping it in the single digits, which won't hurt muscle growth at all as along as its over 6-8%, and you know what you are doing.

Nah man, if you do back correctly, your arms will definitly get a pump going.. but shouldn't be sore or burnt out the next day. You want all the stress to be on your back only. I use straps with any rowing movement, even if I don't need to for that reason.
And my general theory is to focus on alternating between the movements daily. Chest is very simular to shoulder day in some ways, so I throw legs in between them to give my upper (front) body a break etc.

Questions never bother me bro. You can see all my supps right here on my main page under my "suppliments" listing. And that stack is fine, I am doing that right now. All of the above are completely natural supps.

Thanks alot man. I generally will do about 5 workouts per body part (3 for arms), and 3-4 sets each. Usually the first 1-2 movements will be 4 sets, and the rest 3.

I hear you, but I think you will be ready for a regional size show by then. I won that show back in spring, and you will definitly be able to take it by that time as well. Plus the promoter of that RI show is now in FL. And Teen Nats are in Pittsburge. Like I said though man, you are looking insane in your profile pic already. You will be blowing teens AWAY by April.

Yeah, I tried to talk him into doing the show with me, but he decided to wait.. And I hear you on the teens, but I've gotten my teen wins, so no biggie. I focused more on the mens.. and with 12 competitors, a CLOSE second aint too bad ;). Are you doing the SOA in April?

Bro, I didn't know you competed against Luke Hayden in that last show (Teens class).. I train with him all the time.. He atually got me free tanning/training leading up to the Monster Mash. Thats funny, I just found that in the F&P Mag.

Sounds good man. 195lbs at 6.5 bf is exceptional. The next step is hitting a crazy off season w. the help of some big names.. I'll be staying lean too, to continue fitness modelling etc. The next show will be 2010 NPC Teen Nats. in the summer. Best of luck bro, looking sick.

That sounds good to me, and if I read it right, it is the same routine that I follow. And Casein Creatine is a legit suppliment. I reccomend BCAA's as well. Thanks for your support on the videos bro, subscribe now if you havent, there will be big things comming up on this off season to nationals.
