When I Started: Jan, 2006
How I Started: Since I was like 12 or younger, i had worked out here and there, not on any real schedual. then when I was 14 i had a gym set up in my basement, printed out a couple of pictures of bodybuilders to hang, and took an interest. I then started looking up some of the modern bodybuilders, (ronnie coleman, dennis James etc.) and the rest was history.
Why I Love It: I love it for many reasons. Number one is always to glorify God. Ontop of that another major reason being the pump that it gives you. plus I've always wanted to be big considering I was pretty thin, and very light to begin with. I was just hanging on the edge of thin, and if i had stayed the way I was by now, i would be considered scrawney. when I started bodybuilding in january, 2006, I was 14, about 5'2"-5'3"ish, 11.5" arms, and weighed only 105lbs at the end of the day. Now, a little more then a year later I have gained over 50 lbs of muscle. Not to mention the fact that I was always just okay in sports, I felt that this was a sport I could go far in, and the results would always be there, if someone wanted to see your results, you just whip off your shirt, or roll up a sleeve.
How I Stay Motivated: Originally, it was the desire to get that trophy, I had gotten a few from other sports like B-ball, and such, but they didnt mean anything to me. plus training for my first competition, and not knowing what to expect, I just wanted to be able to size up to my competitors. now that I have placed no lower than 2nd in a couple shows. I am more than determined to better myself for every competition that I do.

rear lat spread Off Season 08'
this was taken a little les than a month before the following picture around 125-7 or so...  Compair this to my last bulking picture, my last one I was under 147lbs, 14.6" arms, 38.5" chest, at 15% b.f! NOW: 150lbs, 15.2" arms, 40.5" chest, at only 11-12% bodyfat. Got alot more to grow.

not using strict form is NOT a way to get injured, its when people dont know how to execute the lift in the first place. Also when people try using too much weight, and NOT listaning to their bodies. ...more

It's doing good. I'll hit 140 soon. U curled 155, wow, that's strong. That's my alltime goal. But u have a lot bigger arms than me so it's easier for u to curl that much. U got any tips for bigger arms? because my 12.50 inches sucks

alright thanks man....oh yeah another way i am able to have 17 inch arms is i eat about 4,000 calories a day because im trying to bulk up....and then if i can go to the next comp im goin to cut...

yeah i got ur email and i tried going to the site but it just took me to the forums...so where did u send it to...my email or private message...and no its not impossible for me to have 17 inch arms because i'm taking a shitload of supplements...like creatine protein...amino acid powder, weightgainer, and i'm goin to buy creakic and leukic here pretty soon.

hey nick i gonna diet over 12 days then im 20 weeks out. october the 12e is my show if i dont make it to the top 3 then im gonna gain muscle for 2 years long and if i make it top3 then i do in 2009 two shows and hope that i can join the dutch championship then i gonna gain muscle for 2 years long to. greets
