I got started while on Active Duty with the Navy, stationed in Hawaii - working out on base at Block Arena.
Why I Love It:
I love being in shape and seeing physical results of hard work applied.
How I Stay Motivated:
My employer pays for me to go to the gym, and pays for my gym membership: hardly able to pass that up....
BB Accomplishments:
I am a hard gainer. So, my goal is to simply get into better shape every year of my life. Specifically, I want to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle, and attain and maintain around 8% body fat.

Way too much bodyfat. My intial goal is to bulk, then shred....
I want to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and reduce/maintain my body fat percentage to around 8%.
Goal (Long):
Ultimately, as I grow older, I continue to want to be in better physical shape. So, my long-term goal is to get into better shape every year of my life. I am currently around 165 pounds and about 12% body fat. I'd like to get to about 180 at under 10% body fat.
