How I Started:
Running cross country all through junior high and through high school really took its toll, but I loved running and by being naive when it came to recovery , routines and nutrition I injured myself.. Took a break and shifted to lifting weights to stay in shape.
Why I Love It:
It's the best stress reliever I can think of. I love the feeling after a good focused workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals, and by passing up junk food.
