Was tired of being fat. Got a gym membership for my 15th birthday in 9th grade and went off and on for 3 months. Back hittin it hard.

If you wanna develop your forearms without stressing your tendons as much, try a 'gyro wrist exercisor' those things are awsome! & addictive too

I'd say just put in extra effort on your tri's. realy make em burn with supersets like pressdowns onto diamond pushups with no rest inbetween.

Thanks bro. well Honestly I just do run of the mill stuff - Flat bar/ v bar tricep pressdowns. Lotts of explosive diamond pushups. & sometmes kickbacks. I never do skull crushers or tricep extensions, or even close grip bench press, cus it puts too much stress on my tendons. My arms have always been my strongest body part & chest is probably my weakest.
