I usually have my friends come with me to help keep me motivated, but mostly what keeps me motivated is how my grandfather always said "never quit".
But lately what keeps me motivated is how much my brother has improved.

Day two of my three month cutting phase went pretty good. I woke up at about six and did a little jog around the block a few times just to wake up. Ate pretty well all day, drank plenty of water like your suppose to. And went to work, came home and got ready for the gym. I ended up going alone...

not much new training wise, been trying to be more consistent and add variety. Starting a new job in about a week, so been looking forward to that. How are things progressing for you?
keep at it..do anything that will motivate you...ex if you reach a goal in weight loss or goal in lifting reward yourself because you deserve it...good luck
your new pics look like you have some good mass to work with. get your nutrition dialed in and go-cat-go! when you get there you'll definitely be proud of what you accomplished.
