Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use both a workout log I set up in a journal I bring with me. And I transfer it over to an excel spreadsheet I made.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I listen to some great 80's and some 90's rock.

80's are by far the best to get pumped up to.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Never

Day two of my three month cutting phase went pretty good. I woke up at about six and did a little jog around the block a few times just to wake up. Ate pretty well all day, drank plenty of water like your suppose to. And went to work, came home and got ready for the gym. I ended up going alone...
