How I Stay Motivated: I usually have my friends come with me to help keep me motivated, but mostly what keeps me motivated is how my grandfather always said "never quit".

But lately what keeps me motivated is how much my brother has improved.

I am on the right, 263 pounds. 2007 prom pic P90X Day Four - Slim Belt - 232 Lbs.
I just added this picture, it is just a showing of how much I lost in the face. 263 pounds.  Slim Belts make you sweat a lot and hey makes me think that I have no love handles anymore too. :P Reverse psychology in action haha.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They use improper form. Better to do it right and use low weights then try and be a big guy and lift more than you can handle and do it wrong. Can really hurt yourself doing that.
