I am a week into my Keto Diet and doing fab so far, as I have lost 4 lbs as a result and 9 pounds with combined changes I have made since Sep. Keto has made the biggest and best difference for me. I have also recovered from Easter, whew! Hit me back with your updates. :)
I am so sorry I didn't reply sooner. Admin had to fix my profile so I could access it/view it. Tech issues. I am good ty. I just started a dance class which was great cardio for me. I also just began a Keto diet. Feel free to join my keto thread. How are you doing? What are your current goals?
I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true a lot sooner than you think. I needed a body transformation and got it by following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks long. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat. Make fitness a priority and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give a yell if you wish more info.
