Big BA! Well, my training has been suffering due to a sore shoulder, but that's much better now thanks to Glucosamin and resting, however, I still have to watch it when training chest or shoulders. But I'm hanging in there, and I'll never quit the weights! How about yourself?

I love your overall goal LOL Well, I'm doing good. I'm a bit stressed out by the fact that I don't really know what I want to do or where I want to live once my place is sold. Maybe do a bit of traveling? I've always dreamt of taking a trip down the West Coast - from Vancouver to Hawaii or maybe continue to Mexico. Now would be the perfect time to do so because I don't have any obligations. You're up early on a Sunday morning - you always get up this early?

LOL @ the ice cream. I'm sure you will gain those 10 pounds fast. The summer will soon be gone, and the cold and short days will be here. We always tend to eat more when it's cold outside. Lets make each other a deal - both of us fat and plump before Christmas, eh? :)
