A colleague introduced me to bodybuilding. I was a really skinny kid back then and knew nothing about lifting weights or nutrition. I trained for a short period, laid off for a couple of years, and then came back to it about 6 years ago. The past two years have been the most serious and dedicated ones - and my dedication keeps on growing.

By the summer of 2008 I want to look bigger, leaner and harder. This is a sport of illusions, so I'm probably not gonna be able to get bigger measurements but I'll look bigger than now because I'm going to shred off some body fat. My goal is 10 % body fat or under.

February 11th 2008 I'm starting on DC training (DoggCrapp). I've been doing it once before and I loved it. However, I had to leave that style of training because my joints got too sore from the heavy lifting.

Oh yeah. I've gained 7 lbs. and am expanding like crazy. It is a really weird sensation going from my lowest weight EVER to my highest weight EVER in less than a year. And from my lowest bra size (pre-competition, those babies shriveled like raisins) to my highest! But weight isn't important - what matters is BF% I am holding at 20% pretty well, which really is the minimum you want for a healthy pregnancy.
