When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: I've been into sports all my life. When I moved to Italy when I was 11 I joined a Ski Racing team. I competed for one year and my results were not bad: I came 7th overall in the province. The year after I fell and hurt my knee and decided that i would never want that to happen again.. and it wouldn't if I would get stronger legs so i joined a gym. At the beginning all i worked was my lower back and legs. And now here I am on bodybuilding dot com!
Why I Love It: I could not live without sports and the more sports I try, the better I will feel; but for most sports I need muscle, and the best sport to get that is Bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated: That's never a problem, I just love it!

thanks man. I've always loved working out my triceps. The one muscle which I can say I never fail to get a good pump when I work it out. time to get my chest up to par now. great job to u so far. you have already made very noticeable progress in a very short amount of time. keep it up

yea man, that was from last winter in Kuwait. we found it in a hardened aircraft shelter, when we were exploring. you're already pretty cut up, i take it that's from the sports and a high metabolism?
