How I Started:
I've been into sports all my life. When I moved to Italy when I was 11 I joined a Ski Racing team. I competed for one year and my results were not bad: I came 7th overall in the province. The year after I fell and hurt my knee and decided that i would never want that to happen again.. and it wouldn't if I would get stronger legs so i joined a gym. At the beginning all i worked was my lower back and legs. And now here I am on bodybuilding dot com!
Why I Love It:
I could not live without sports and the more sports I try, the better I will feel; but for most sports I need muscle, and the best sport to get that is Bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
That's never a problem, I just love it!

Kerry's Special Fat Free Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
Here is the much requested recipe for you to enjoy as well:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 cups Old Fashion Oats
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
Optional:
1/4 cup I Can't Believe Its Not Butter
1 cup Raisins
1 Banana
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. You may add more applesauce if mixture is too dry. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by rounded tablespoon to PAM greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown. Enjoy!Kerry's Special Fat Free Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

Sick ski shot! Ever race at Sestriere? I was there before the Olympics. My competitive days are long past, but skiing is still my first passion (lifting #2!).
Hi Gianluca. I do ski, I'm instructor and I teach this amazing sport to the children of our ski club. I don't compete but I'm an official time-keeper for the races of Swiss-Ski (our ski federation).
I love ice hockey too, but I don't follow a lot NHL. I prefere the Swiss Championship which now it's playing play-off.
I pratically play hockey the whole year: ice hockey in autumn-winter and inline hockey in spring-sommer. That's great!
