How I Started:
I have always been fascinated by the human body. Strength and muscles have in my point of view been signs of success.
I have always been concidered a "big guy" so it was fully natural for me to start working out in the gym when the age was right.
Why I Love It:
I love to see actual progress. I love to challenge myself and push me even further. In bodybuilding there exists no boundaries but you. I like that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated in many ways. Mostly my results in front of the mirror are motivating enough. As long as I keep putting on mass and still look fit I am happy and motivated to evolve even more.
Other motivations are successful athletes and sportsmen.
BB Accomplishments:
None at the moment. But we'll see what the future has in mind for me.

My goal - for now - is to gain some pounds. Aiming at 200. Have to gain 35lbs that is.
Goal (Long):
As every male I want to look manly. Like a f-ing alpha male you know. At his point I have managed quite well if you're asking me. Packing on muscles - losing fat. You now the drill.
At firts I mainly was focusing on the muscle part. I ate like a beast and started to gain. At most I was weighing 214lbs. Then I started my diet. A diet consisting of starvation and I lost mass. Mass which consisted of both fat and muscles.
Nowadays I am focusing on keeping a good looking and quite fit body. Still trying to gain muscles - but only which consists of clean gains. 200lbs is the target - and I will get there. Eventually.
This member inspire me because of the way he transformed himself into a alpha male. Starting from nothing, he actually managed to carve, build and sculpture a body that most youngsters only can dream about. "Oldsuperman" is exactly what his nick states - a superman!
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I used to take amino acids. And some times I have also used supplements such as White Flood and Gasparis SuperPump. The amino acids worked great but the PWO-products didn't do anything for me.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
For the moment my post-workout supplement consist of protein and creatine. No more, no less.
Okey, so I've started a blog. Its not my first blog, nor will it be my last. I love my own voice far too much for that.
So what's the deal with a blog here at bodybuilding.com? Well, that is a pretty good question to be honest. Personally I don't know. But i figured that if I intend to hang...
