Good news, I lost a pound of bodyfat, bad news I lost 3 pounds of muscle! I have been eating more calories from healthy sources and protein.

Background
Weightlifting captivated me with its technique and resulting challenges. The first time I picked up a weight with professional guidance I was hooked and still remain so.
It has truly boosted my self esteem and self body Image in ways I never imagined. I always thought that weightlifters were egotistical and full of themselves but now being one I realize that with a humble attitude and teachability you can accomplish anything with hard work and dedication.
