What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I used to wear a million dollar man outfit to sweat more, that worked so good I only wore it for a month. I was getting too skinny so then I decided to start gaining weight now. What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
HIIT Run for 20 - 30 mins 2 mins at 3.0 then switch to 9.0+ for one min then switch back after the one min. I also came up with a trick were I walk at 3.0 then go up .5 every 30 seconds till it sucks.
