How I Started:
Being active duty military got me running constently but kept me quite average. My brother then told me about BB.com and now Im hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love it because of the progress I've seen. More definition, more size and my short distance running time has improved 300%!
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress, progress, progress! The more I see my self change and the more I get pushed past my limits to set new standards for my self. It just keeps getting better and better.
BB Accomplishments:
Short distance running time Mile and a half 2 years ago 13 minutes last year 12 minutes this year 11 minutes. Also my body fat has dropped dramaticaly.
This is when I was out of active duty for about a year. I was in the National gaurd for about two months here. I went back up to my heaviest 212 lbs. Body fat was way high and I wasnt that strong (or at least I thought). Look at that chin buzz buzz buzz light year to the rescue!
Started Jan 15 2009. Packing on the muscle. Was doing too well with weight loss so I decided I need the muscle first. 14% Body Fat
I need to go as far as I can be. I want to look my best feel my best lift my best and above all be the best to everyone I come in contact with. I know Im human but that doesnt give me the excuse to not try hard. I wont be satisfied until Im satisfied

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
HIIT Run for 20 - 30 mins 2 mins at 3.0 then switch to 9.0+ for one min then switch back after the one min. I also came up with a trick were I walk at 3.0 then go up .5 every 30 seconds till it sucks. Hahaha. Yeah, my training is still on point. I'm making good progress. Been trying to lose BF and still maintain my size. As for the ladies? Hahaha. Don't feel bad. Check this out bro. Before I made my change girls wouldn't talk to me cause I was fat right? (understandable.lol) And now they still don't talk to me cause now they think I'm a player or something.Hahaha. Its like a lose-lose situation. But its all good. I just turn a negative into a positive.

It's funny that you ask, because I was thinking the other day how much easier diet planning and training are once you have a basic understanding of the physiological mechanisms our bodies operate on. However, there are tons of good resources out there so anyone can have an equitable level of understanding without paying the 20g a year and losing all their hair :).
