It was introduced to me by my junior high football coaches in order to get better and i just loved doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it relaxes me when nothing else will, it never screams at me (like girls lol), and is always there for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting partners to go lifting and joining sites to learn more information.
BB Accomplishments:
I would really love to gain about 10 pounds by August 13th for football season. I would also like to have more endurance, speed, and strength for football.

You'll be back to your top form pretty quickly I'm sure now that you're going back to the gym regularly. And if you're gaining without lifting you should pack on another 10 or more pounds before football. When are states by the way?
It just occurred to me - you must have spent some time in the gym over the past few months since you've added mass and with it being track season I know you didn't add fat. It might be time to update the stats - if you can add weight without much gym time you should really pack on the size once track is done. Good luck!
Not working as hard as I should - but that will change in about two weeks. I'm really going to try to get the fat way down for a change. That's great news about your track - I ran track myself back "in the day" (sprinter). Let me know how it goes at state!
I kind of wondered what happened to you - how's track going? I'm glad you're getting back into the gym - getting ready for football in the fall again? Once track is over you should be primed plenty to pack on some serious mass over the summer. Please be sure to let me know how it goes!
I watched the vid - great job! I don't think I could put up 110 lb dbells (at least as easy as you did). So now I gotta get to work on that lift, too. BTW, good form on your part and it was good to see that you have a spotter who knows proper spotting technique!
The extra weight certainly won't hurt for football and will probably help (as you know). I just hope you take advantage of "bulking" and add some muscle along with the "heft" which I'm sure you are doing. Keep getting bigger and better - good luck!
