To stay lean through out the holidays. Start doing some fitness modeling and maybe find a sponsor. After the first of the year pick another show to compete in.
I reached my first goal on April 17th 20lbs, now down with the remaining pounds!!!! I want to get down to 165. I don't have a target goal date, bc that killed my progress with the last goal. I will just keep eating right and exercising!
I would like to get to a place where my body looks like I compete. Deep down I think I still want to compete, but right now I just want to get to a point where I LOOK like I do.
