How I Started:
I was active and healthy throughout highschool. I was a cheerleader! After highschool I noticed an increase in weight and decrease in energy. I joined gyms and exercised on and off. I watched the weight yoyo for several years. After having my daughter June08 by cesarean delivery, I was left modeling 45+ pounds of FAT!..Something had to be done!
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me feel. Just knowing that I am in control of my body and that I can push my body to new limits gives me an ultimate high. I can't wait to see my progress a year from now!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a wife and a mother. I want to be healthy for my family. I want to be FIERCE!
BB Accomplishments:
50 of 60lbs lost after pregnancy.

You've got to get up every morning with determination if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction.
It's hard seeing the extra layers of fat on my body. I have made strides, but I have slacked tremendously! It's time to DO WORK! I want to lean out and slim down. I love to run, but realize that I should focus on weight training to reach ultimate results. Oh...and stop cheating with the meals!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

I've worked hard for the past 9 months to lose the 60lbs gained during my last pregnancy. After acomplishing one goal after another I've finally come very close to my pre-pregnancy weight/size. So a few weeks ago I get the news that hubby and I are expecting our 2nd child! Yes folks...I am doing...
I use to weight myself everyday and I ended up gaining 8 lbs because I was so worried about what number was going to be displayed. I now weight myself once a week. I realized it doesn't matter what the scale says if you look great and feel good about your body. Keep up the good work!
