Overall Goal: I have been on a transformation journey over the last 2 years. I lost myself Jan 08 and gained 15lbs in 3 months. Just starting to shed it and work out consistantly. Wishing to be a fit mother of three great little active kids!

It makes me feel good about myself and gives me tons of energy for my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
It was hard at first but looking at photos of the months gone by motivates me to keep going. My husband has been my crutch and helped me through strong cravings for unhealthy food.
BB Accomplishments:

Goal (Long):
I am wanting to learn how to body build. I am going through the education process by reading websites. I have been a really big woman. She is gone but I am looking to further my success as a healthy fit somewhat young woman. Not looking to do contest and that kind of stuff but just wanting to feel strong and a feel a sense of accomplishment.
