Thanks for the pep talk - I don't have a body fat measure, but I do track the inches as well as weight. I lost a bit on the tape measure, but was shocked to see the weight go up.

Im doing pretty good, been working out now for 2 months feeling a lot better. all I can say is exhaustion really sucks. I had that from like july to the early part of December... How are you doing? Hows your training going?
