I got started when I moved to Alberta. My Step-mom was in the military and I was amazed with how strong she was. Shortly after I decided that going to the gym wouldn't be that bad of an idea besides I wanted to improve my strength for basketball, so I took advantage and started going to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because of how it makes me feel. Pretty much the same as everyone. It gives me so much confidence then just being smart or being good at a sport. You look good feel great and If everyone else doesn't think so..Its because they want to. It keeps me motivated to do better in things such as school and sports by being able to become so much more stronger mentally then just physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by doing alot of reading on bodybuilding.com. I usually read it an hour or so a day. Also I look at lots of pictures. Not because I am attracted lol but becuase some day I would like to look like that and it helps me create a metal picture of myself like that someday. Although the best way I stay motivated is my wall. Late one night me and my friend wrote motivating quotes while we were listening to pump up music. We were lost in the motivation since then.
BB Accomplishments:
None at this moment. But I am going to train for a year and look in to competing in the summer of 2008!! Looking forward to completing this goal hopefully.

Goal (Long):
Compete some day in the future, get my bench up to 300. My main goal though is to finish school and get a degree in Nutrition. As soon as I finish that I am planning on becoming a certified persoanl trainer.
Well I must say more progress coming to this day going to need to get some pictures, and starting a lower calorie diet again. Going to try and jsut stay toned all year round and keep gaining muscle for a while instead of going crazy on the food and shakes. Although I want to its jsut...
Haha their old photos i got here, ill be putting some new up sooner or later, I came across it by just reading and studying about body building then found this. You came along way man, from your first photo to now, alot of hours into that body, good job. How much do you work out a week now?
Hey fine videos there:-). Yeah I'll train hard as ever. I give myself the har time in agym now. I've nevere used to workout at gym before, but now I go there once a veek to hit the parts wich are hard for me to excercize at home...
