95 lbs dumbell bench press, 295 lbs squats and 275 lbs deadlifts... numbers are growing!!

Background
I was small, scrony whatever you wanna call it. I started lifing to excel in sports and became addicted. I dropped out of highschool sports and started working out.
I love the feeling of a strss-free life. It always makes everything seem better, when things are good or things are bad.

-Incline Flies 6 sets 8 reps. 6 sets every two at differnt angles to really get the whole upper chest involved.
-Bench Press
-Decline Bench
-Dips 3 sets 15 reps
-Tricep Pushdowns
-Tricep Extentions
-Seated Bench Press
Tuesday - Back & Biceps
-Pull Downs
-Seated Rows
-Barbell Rows
-Barbell curls barbell/dumbell/cable
-Straight Leg Deadlifts
-Hyper Extentions
Wednesday - Cut out the cardio now. WIll Continue that later on but I will do a random few workouts here to shock the muslces.
Thursday - Light Chest
-Workouts During Chest day are incorporated in to this day mainly the ones that isolate the chest alone to give the arms more of a break.
Friday - Biceps & Triceps
-This day is very intense becasue I take a break on the weekends and My arms have been resting for at least two days.
Saturday and Sunday I relax and give the muscles a good break usually a little dragged out on the weekends anywyas.

Posted in Training : Jan 31, 2012 1:10pmSo I finally get the call to go back to work.. which was right at the end of my first month of truly hitting hitting the gym. Gonna be working in Northern Alberta in isolated camps. Most of them have the gym, which is nice.. I pray to GOD that this place has a gym. I dont care what condition anything is in.. As long as there is free weights and some cardio equipment.
I have made a goal of updating my lifts and measurements every two weeks, and adding progress pictures monthly. Which means my currents stats of everything will be in along with progress in the next couple of day

Posted in Training : Jan 27, 2012 12:23pmI have been away for a while, but this last month has given me a new hope to attaining my goals! I have increased an extreme amount in the last month. Everything was down in my lifts, my shape, and my motivation. But seeing the gains in the last month, and some surpassing some of my higher times I am eager to hit the gym everyday and see what this next month will bring.
As of now my two lift I am most impressed with including my squat and barbell bench sit at 315 for 4 rep squats, which according to the calculator on bodyspace is aprox 345. I will see
