yes it is by far one of the most potent formulas. I highly suggest it but do not buy it from GNC they rip u off buy it off online or from a discount store. Make sure u follow the directions exatly 4 best results and drink a shit load of water. But yes superpump 250 is great stuff. good luck bro

Thanks brother the best thigh i can suggest for the L seat Pull ups is master leg raises from the pull up bar and make sure every time u do pull ups keep ur palms facing out with thumbs on the top of the bar it will make u get gymnist biceps and forearms

from 2006 i gained 38 pounds, i broke my sholder snowboarding and could not work out but know im stronger then ever, ever summer i drop down to about 165-175 then spend all winter trying to get the weight back on

What body fat % are u trying to get down to? I got tested at my gym about 3 weeks agoe with the caliper test i was at 9.7 bmi whick is 36 pounds of fat but ive been taking heavy weight gainer all winter long so when i stop taking it it should drop to about 7% hopefully 6 % and ill weight about 175

yea bro Ive hit a peak but finialy got past it. I am back on my heavy stage 4 three weeks then back to the hi rep stage 4 3 weeks then heavy again hopefully by then ill be able to do 450 4 da bench and 160-170 curl using as little back as possible.

i do alot of leg lifts i hang from the pullup bar and keep my legs straight i normaly do at least 3 sets of 10. I also do alot of six inchs laying flat on the ground and keeping my legs up then take them from side to side. It is also important to note u can do abs to failure and u should but limit the sets that u do till failure to 2 or 3.

Try to do alot of hi reps concentrate on chest bies calfs lowerback
switch off tho sholders, abs, back, thys every other day 4 about 3 weeks do 13 to 15 reps on monday and tus 10 to 12 on wed and thurs 8to 10 on fri sat
