How I Started:
I strted in highschool wrestling, weight training, throwing discus shot putt javilin, and powerlifting. I borke my sholder snowboarding after i graduated then well after it heeled i started lifting hardcore because well u only live once and u have to be the best u can be.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. Love to set goals and break them.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time i look in the mirror i get motivated. I am also an extreamly competitive person. I love compition.
BB Accomplishments:
After i broke my sholder in 2005 i lost 20 pounds of muscle put me at about 140 and they told me ide never work out again, and well after that i started working out again in 2006 and ive gained 35 to 40 pounds of muscle
broken in 3 dif spots from snowboarding injury i was up to about 170 of muscle ended up loosing 35 pounds because of nerve damage could not lift for a wile. But im back now and better then ever thanks to 9 screws and a metal plate and a lil bit of nerve work
180pounds finily lean mass only need about 10 to 20 more
on this stage of my workout im doing 12 sets of 12 reps on each mucle group on mon and tus on wed and thrus i do 8 to 10 reps fri and sat im doing 5-7 reps i do this stage for 3 more weeks then with 12 sets of each. on monday wed and fri i do chest bicep back and calf 4 diffrent exersises for each mucle groupe 3 sets on each exersise on tus thurs and sun i do 8 sets of delts 6 sets of traps 12 sets of abs 12 sets of thigs for the delts i do 4 sets one exersese 3 sets of another and 1 set of another for traps i do 3 sets of one then 3 sets of another. for abs and thigh i breake it up 3 sets of 4 diff exerseseson this stage of my workout im doing 12 sets of 12 reps on each mucle group on mon and tus on wed and thrus i do 8 to 10 reps fri and sat im doing 5-7 reps i do this stage for 3 more weeks then with...more

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Today i did 3 sets of 12 reps on incline bench press with 265. For lat pull downs did 3 sets of 12 reps of 420 on the hammer lat pulldown machine. I also preacher curled 3 sets of 12 reps with the 50 pound dumbell's and i squated 3 sets of 12 reps of 350, for calfs i did 3 sets of 12 reps with...
I am aiming for 5%. I know it's low, but all my fat seems to sit on my abs so I have to really cut down to get them to show. How much weight did you gain?
I like the vid..I need to do LOTS for lower abbs to rehab a major muscle imbalance (Back to strong and abbs to weak..ripping my lower back to shreds!! OW!!) Any ideas?
