How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
on this stage of my workout im doing 12 sets of 12 reps on each mucle group on mon and tus on wed and thrus i do 8 to 10 reps fri and sat im doing 5-7 reps i do this stage for 3 more weeks then with...more
