How I Started:
I felt I needed a change in my body appearance. In order for me to feel and look great, I have decided to get into a weight lifting program. In additiion, I take an aerobic class to help me with my cardio. It is very important to eat the right foods such complex carbohydrates to help you when you workout and simple carbs that can help you after your workout. Lastly, I am learning to use difference weights/machines that will help me work the right muscle groups.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it makes me feel great, it allows me to gain extra enegry and it is a stress reliever as well as to make me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by doing positive things and by looking other bodybuilders photos. That gives me the extra encouragement to go the extra mile and to say to myself if they can do, by getting their bodies in shape and to build muscles, I can do the same thing. Thank you all for motivating me more.

Definitely...I'm in Info Assurance (ITSEC, COMSEC, OPSEC, etc)...I think learning more about the database will help when performing my job.
