Think I may have just finished an arm workout this day. Forgot. Anyways, I'm obviously relaxed. Still not seein' too much change.

Front relaxed - still 190lbs

Still 190lbs. Physique has not really changed at all. I'm stronger though -- so I'm kinda happy.
