Hey there! I am still working hard thats for sure but it has been at worek and home, In the process of a remodel and things are crazy and I have not worked out once...NOT GOOD, but hope within the next month once things settle down I can get back into things. Hope all is going well with you. I hope to be updating my site more soon.

Hey, I have been crazy busy is an understatement..We sold our home and purchased a new one and have no computer set up yet...Trying to get back into things.. Been out of it Since Dec...feeling good though...looking forward to a great start to get things rollin' Hope all is well with you~

HI, not doing so great but things will get better, I know I always say I am too busy but lately its the truth. I think the only reason I am not gaining weight is due to stress! ;)
