When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I just started cause I was just fed up and thought it would help. I am sick of feeling the way I do about my body.
Why I Love It:
I love it beacuse when I stick to it, it becomes a habit, an addiction,,,BUT my BIGGEST problem is sticking to it. HELP~ Ya know what lets be real....I don't love it! It is great when I can stick to it but everyday is a struggle.
How I Stay Motivated:
YIKES~ I don't...thats my problem,Once I see a few results or start to feel better I fall back to where I was, and start gaining the weight back. Recently my daughter and husband have been motivating.Having these pics on the freckin' website is how I stay motivated...Its like self torture on a daily basis~
To get over my blasted pity party and know I CAN DO THIS...lets get to work!
Goal (Long):
I really want to lose 20 lbs at least. To tone all over and start to build some defination. My goal is to look as awesome on the outside as I feel on the inside. I have a long way to go~
I WILL be able to do 1 complete pull up!

O.K. Things have been going pretty smooth. I have been working out a little more everyday and feel better. Looking forward to getting back into it more and more each day till I get back to where I was addicted to it.....Once I get to that point it is so much easier,,its getting there...
Had a great ego day yesturday. When to SIX FLAG did not where a shirt in the water park. In the past I would where one to cover up but not this time. I had a little tan NO man BOOBS no gut and some muscle to show. That was a great ego boost. I also tooking in 2 protein bars so I would not have to eat fried food all day, yes i know alittle weird but all this hard work and to eat fried food and feel like **** the next day. I don't think so
Anytime. It is my pleasure.
Remember: "Don't measure busywork. Don't measure activity. Measure accomplishment. It doesn't matter what people do as much as it matters what they get done."
Also, If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
I just wanted to drop by and say that you are doing great. And as for the “pity party” comment… “some of our greatest battles are those with our own minds.”
Remember: You can be as great as you want to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, determination and drive and are willing to pay the price, you will do it!
I wish you success.
