Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have injured a few muscles. Shoulder, pec, and back. I never try to stay sidelined for long. Even if i'm hurt, i'll do some light lifts to try and get things recovering and working again. My theory ...more

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
