My current goal it to get back into the program! I want to remain constant in my lifting program.
Goal (Long):
I can honestly say that i have always wanted a body i was happy with. The frame of my body growing up was a bean pole. Tall and lankey. After football I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to hit the gym and hit it hard. I want to have "the perfect body". Something that people look at and say...wow... "he really worked hard." Something that i can look at in the mirror and say, "you've done well, look at you now!"
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would most likely want to have the body of a wreslter names Johnny Nitro. He has an awesome cut and good muscle size. I'm sure i'd wanna look like someone else but he's a standout in my head and an all around solid body!I would most likely want to have the body of a wreslter names Johnny Nitro. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have injured a few muscles. Shoulder, pec, and back. I never try to stay sidelined for long. Even if i'm hurt, i'll do some light lifts to try and get things recovering and working again. My theory is if I can move my injured part just alittle bit, then I can push it little by little.I have injured a few muscles. Shoulder, pec, and back. I never try to stay sidelined for long. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I would say it starts with the food you eat. If your not eating enough or eating crap food then your body will not be at it's best peak shape. After that you move to weights. Some people try to lift way more than they can. People it's not about outdoing everone at the gym, it's about what you can do. Nobody will think any less of you for doing a lighter weight. Keep at it and train hard and soon enough...you'll be there.I would say it starts with the food you eat. Well, today i must refocus. I have been out of sync as of late and things haven't been easy. I injured my left knee and left wrist in a football game and i'm finally feeling good enough to get back to work. I still have some pain in my wrist but nothing i wouldn't be able to work...

I would advise everything that is listed on my page! They are great supplements and have helped me reach numerous goals. I have also started taking White Flood, which I am not sure if you're familiar with it, but that is honestly the best NO supp I have ever tried. I highly recommend that..gives you great energy and pumps in the gym.
I know what you mean bro, diet is extremely important when trying to attain that cut up look. I tend to stick to a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet year round gaining lean mass slowly while still staying as cut as possible. I am actually studying at home for my CPT, reading and studying like crazy, soaking up everything like a sponge. Hit me up sometime and I will try to help you out with some kind of diet.
