When I Started: Dec 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I'm just getting started and I want to completely transform my body. I've looked at other fit guys in the gym long enough...it's time to crack down and get a great body of my own.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the confidence it gives people and now myself.

Believing in Yourself

You know, the past week has been such a realization for me. It's almost like an on & off switch how my mindset has developed. I use to hate the gym and the only reason I wanted a better body was to attract others. Now, it's a little more than that. I definitely want to attract people but I also want to keep that good feeling I have about myself when I look in the mirror, when I wake up in the morning, when I do 5 sets of 20 quick box jumps...lol. Getting a good workout in, eating better and transforming my body has taken over a good portion of my life and I don't regret it at all. I have m...

Staying motivated and focused

I've been going to the gym off and on for years now and never stuck to it. I even had a trainer at my gym once and didn't stick to that. Has anyone else ever had this off and on thing going but got over it? Anyone have any hints, tips, or ideas of getting myself to focus and stick to it this time so I can see results?
