Overall Goal:  Going to lose 15 more lbs in fat and put on at least another 10 in muscle.

Fit Status:  In the gym 4 to 5 days a week right now, sometimes lift at home. Looking for a good workout partner as it seems this always motivates me .

How I Started:
Started liftng at age 15 and built a great base. Continued lifting in my 20's, but really began hitting it hard in 2003 . I had a couple of workout buddies at Gold's gym (one of which competes )and they and others inspired me to increase my intensity.
Why I Love It:
I like feeling my shirts get tighter as my chest and arms expand. I like how much better I feel durng the day. I LOVE noticing heads turn as I walk by.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my progress in the mirror. Knowing that if I falter I will quickly return to being that slighly overweight couch potato guy with no energy.
BB Accomplishments:
Chest 46", biceps 18.5 " stay tuned for more growth info.

My Chest 2003 Chest and bicep shot
Just starting to work out with a couple of buds at What was Gold's gym. Belly was flabby and Pecs and biceps were practically non-existant.
Bodyfat down to about 14 percent (still too high) , have muscled up quite a bit.
