Overall Goal: Going to lose 15 more lbs in fat and put on at least another 10 in muscle.

How I Started:
Started liftng at age 15 and built a great base. Continued lifting in my 20's, but really began hitting it hard in 2003 . I had a couple of workout buddies at Gold's gym (one of which competes )and they and others inspired me to increase my intensity.
Why I Love It:
I like feeling my shirts get tighter as my chest and arms expand. I like how much better I feel durng the day. I LOVE noticing heads turn as I walk by.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my progress in the mirror. Knowing that if I falter I will quickly return to being that slighly overweight couch potato guy with no energy.
BB Accomplishments:
