My answer would actually be yes and no. He's at a gym and i don't have the time to travel to a gym, so each day he recommends different exercises for me and makes sure i stick with it. He'll criticize...more

My schedule: Mon-Fri :

Creatine, 15 minutes elliptical, 1hour weight training, Whey protein shake. No breakfast, but a breakfast bar. Ham/Turkey sandwich for lunch, and a light and early dinner.

Time wasted or an ok schedule ???

I bulked up, but not cleanly, so now I am struggling to cut. It is going slowly but at least I am keep size.
