When I Started: Jul, 2007
How I Started: After my separation/divorce in 2007 and weighing in at 228 lbs, a friend and fellow co-worker turned me on to lifting and cardio. I'm now at 175 lbs !
Why I Love It: I feel a lot more agile. I've also play recreational men's softball and i've felt just as competetive with the younger players ! ;)
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by watching people and keep thinking to myself..i was there.
BB Accomplishments: I've since lost 53 lbs !

My schedule: Mon-Fri :

Creatine, 15 minutes elliptical, 1hour weight training, Whey protein shake. No breakfast, but a breakfast bar. Ham/Turkey sandwich for lunch, and a light and early dinner.

Time wasted or an ok schedule ???

Up at 5 a.m.: Lighter cardio 10-15 minutes. Heavier weight training.
