Accidentally,I went with a friend of mine to a local gym to check out how it looks like. After that, I decided to have a small session with him. After week or two, I knew it's a new part of my life.
Why I Love It:

yes... it is an actual pic of me. this was a photo shoot about 2 years ago for Mens Health Magazine South Africa. To get to this type of physique is no joke, about 4 % Bf and weighing 80 kg's.Took me 4 months(besides the 5 years before that) to get the BF down from 9 % to 4%. After this shoot I was drained totally, so much that i gave up for about 2 years, and chilled. Now only im back on the wagon, and would like to get back in shape similar to this. enjoy ur week man!
Haha I understand. I've gained 5 pounds now and my six pack is going away, but ahh whatever it'll look even better in the long run.
Lifting is going alright, it's hard to fit it into my schedule though. Cross Country ends in a week, can't wait. :)
