I have always been an athlete. I was involve with soccer and track & field growing up and got serious with weight training after I was stationed in North Dakota. The cold weather limited me to indoor activities, which was a great thing.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling confident about myself and been physically fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at society and not wanting to be like most people. I enjoy being in shape, and helping other improving their fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
Helping other setting and achieving their fitness goals.

Hey there mr. man! Sorry it's been so long! But I have good news....I won overall for women in the 10k I ran this weekend! It's the first time I've gotten any prize money (not that it was much) for a race so that was rad. How are you????
How you doin bro, I'm almost back home, in a few days anyway. My partner has some contests prepped, a highland games one, and two or three strongman ones, one of them is Grant Higa's contest which is either platinum or platinum plus. So I may be tearing it up again soon.
Yeah man, I just updated my lifting stats, they are GOOOONE!!! Its been an ugly weightloss. But that's ok, I will still do charity strongman events, but I've been training for MMA, I have a long history in jujitsu so shouldn't be too bad of a cross over.
