spffirefighter The challenge takes the total of your big 3 max lifts, bench press, squat, and deadlift, then divide it by your weight to come up with your score. So if you can bench 100 lbs, squat 200 lbs, deadlift 300 lbs and weigh 175 lbs, your score would be 3.43. It's more of a pound for pound challenge rather than just who can lift the most.
