During the final 7 weeks during this transformation I did cardio 2x a day for 5 days a week alternating HITT (20-30 min) and low intensity (45-60 min). Diet was around 2200-1800 calories and my deficit during this time was around 500-700 per day.
I use stimerex-es. Dont workout harder workout smarter and be consistent Diet is key. Diet is the only reason I lost the fat I lost. oh yeah and dont drink or do drugs.

I take a preworkout N.O supplement for energy due to my diet being so low on carbs...Thats it, other than whey protein. I eat clean, drink lots of water, lift hard, and do cardio 5 days a week.
