Ya weights. Weights help burn fat real good and i don't just wanna be skinny. I want to have some muscle definition. Didn't know that was you. Dont really know how that stuff works i dont usually use it.

Hello :D Thanks alot..it's a lot of time and effort put into that so its nice to hear!! And its really great us both working at the same goals so we understand each other and get to spend more time together i guess. lol We used to be apart for a long time too i was in canada and he was in florida .. thats where i racked up the pounds! You look great, nice transformation :D

Thank-you, i was falling off for a bit just maintaining for a while but its time to buckle down again and jump this scale .. so im altering the diet big time and trying to workout twice a day so hopefully. I mean how hard can it really be haha keep it up tho :D

You look amazing! i noticed your first picture and you said you worked out all the time but your diet wasn't right on, what all did you change to it to lose dramatically??? and how much did you work out at the time if you remember?

I'll do my best, and even if it takes a bit longer than expected, as long as i stay with it someday i'll have the killer bod. Lol thank goodness i put some sense into myself while im young :)
