I was having one of those regular down time days and I just looked at myself and realized that I was "fat". I couldn't believe that it took me this long to realize it but I'm happy I finally did. I then decided that I need to shape up, get in the gym and start eating better.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself that I am doing something to take care of my weight problem. It makes me feel happy when I'm angry or sad. It makes me more energized to do other things and it fills up a gap in my day that I would normally use to watch t.v or eat something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I come on the site and read people's success stories, look at previous photos and remember how bad I feel about shopping because I cant really wear the things I want too, with hopes of becoming one of those people who did it or fit into clothes I used to wear.

Lose 20 more pounds and to show off these dangerous muscles underneath it all ;P
Goal (Long):
I want to push my body to what its never been pushed before, which is saying a lot cause i've already experienced giving birth lol. I want to transform myself. I've always said its in my genes to be over weight if i let it get there. Now im going to prove that genes my ass, do work. I would like to be the definition of do work! Everyday is new results, a new feeling and a new excitement to change something else about myself for the better! :D
My husband BJ
He definitely inspires me to be a better, stronger person. Through every weight dropping moment he's been there coaching me and cheering me on and making sure that I'm doing my best and making sure I don't say "I can't" because he knows I can. He's always loved me for who I was and never what size and that matters the most. And for that he's my inspiration and the best husband a woman could ever have in life when this type of love and support is needed xoxoxox Thank-you baby
HAHA Hey you gatta do work baby! We definetly gonna see some amazing results with this new workout plan. Was up this morning hitting the abs cant wait for legs tonight. And yes definetly get some good cardio in for sure. Have a good day at work beautiful @~~}~~~

lol we are so on the same page, its been an off last couple of days =-(. Maintaing is quite easy for me, but really got to dedicate myself to make the changes. Hope yours are going well...showing all of that dangerous muscle =-)!
lol will post new prog pics when I see new progress =-), kinda platueaud a lil bit, have not been hitting it that hard, just trying to get in as much as I can, been a lil busy, will turn up the heat soon.
