How I Started:
From my mid teens I was playing a lot of Squash and football, and sometimes some weights but nothing serious. I was getting into fairly good shape. Unfortunatly I started suffering from serious knee pains from playing squash at 18/19, due to this I started doing more weights ended up getting hooked!Don't play football anymore, it's all about the weight lifting/bodybuilding!
Why I Love It:
Always feel great after a good workout! And sticking to it gets results, It's great when you know your getting fitter, and looking better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by comparison of others and people who inspire me and/or look up to. It's great when someone notices your getting fitter/stronger/better shape! It's almost every day you hear as people we are getting fatter and unhealthier by the minute, I want to stay fit and healthy for as long as i can to live a full long feel good life!

It only bothers me if people do it too often or all the time. I do once in a blue moon, only when im pushing my self to the max!

training is going great! im gaining size everywhere, especially legs. i think that is contributing to my weight gain..i hope. My jeans still fit so im not gaining too much around the waist. Haha. but yes, its going great!

Dude my left arm is a lot smaller than my right arm over all...especially in the forearms. I always notice that in the mirror when i work arms. Frustrating when others point it out to me too!

Great transformation Neil. Looks like you've stayed steady and consistent. Great job on the bodyfat loss and the added muscle and definition looks great.
