What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me personally it is squats. I have a spine problem called military neck so my spine does not curve into my neck like it should. If I put the squat bar on top of my shoulders it presses down on my spine causing the potential for me to black out. I avoid that exercise and use alternative exercises to compensate. Bad form coupled with too much weight in my opinion.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Blew my tricep. I was injured for 2 - 3 weeks. I fed it as much protein as I could handle and I babied it for a week then slowly started to use it again until pain ceased. Then I was back to normal.
