I hate this picture so much. Posting it will hopefully give me the motivation to change. 200lbs with 20% body fat.
When I started on bodyspace I was overweight and unhappy and always tired. I notice huge gains in strength and energy since i've been living a healthier lifestyle.
I want to lose 20 pounds over the course of a few months. I also want a 6-pack and a muscular chest. I want to shed the excess fat on my body because it does nothing but hold me down physically. My family has a history of becoming overweight and I want to be the first to break that trend.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me personally it is squats. I have a spine problem called military neck so my spine does not curve into my neck like it should. If I put the squat bar on top of my shoulders it presses down on my spine causing the potential for me to black out. I avoid that exercise and use alternative exercises to compensate. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Bad form coupled with too much weight in my opinion.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Blew my tricep. I was injured for 2 - 3 weeks. I fed it as much protein as I could handle and I babied it for a week then slowly started to use it again until pain ceased. Then I was back to normal. Your progess isn't slow necessarily bud. Your looking good comparing to where you started from. Things look to be progressing pretty good for you. Keep up the hard work. It may take time to get the look you want, but with enough dedication and determination you will achieve what you want. Good luck on the continued progress!
I have a few for ya bud. CL White Blood is a solid product. Bulk arginine ethyl ester, or di-arginine malate. Six Star Advanced Nitric Oxide Overdrive(You can get it at Walmart for $20). It works solid for me. Make sure you take 3 pills pre-workout and 3 pills before bed to maximize its benefits. I would recommend that same protocol for any nitric oxide product. Taking NO at bedtime helps release growth hormone.
