This is fat me. 180 lbs with more fat loss.
I hate this picture so much. Posting it will hopefully give me the motivation to change. 200lbs with 20% body fat.  When I started on bodyspace I was overweight and unhappy and always tired. I notice huge gains in strength and energy since i've been living a healthier lifestyle.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Blew my tricep. I was injured for 2 - 3 weeks. I fed it as much protein as I could handle and I babied it for a week then slowly started to use it again until pain ceased. Then I was back to normal. N...more

Your progess isn't slow necessarily bud. Your looking good comparing to where you started from. Things look to be progressing pretty good for you. Keep up the hard work. It may take time to get the look you want, but with enough dedication and determination you will achieve what you want. Good luck on the continued progress!

I have a few for ya bud. CL White Blood is a solid product. Bulk arginine ethyl ester, or di-arginine malate. Six Star Advanced Nitric Oxide Overdrive(You can get it at Walmart for $20). It works solid for me. Make sure you take 3 pills pre-workout and 3 pills before bed to maximize its benefits. I would recommend that same protocol for any nitric oxide product. Taking NO at bedtime helps release growth hormone.
