  • There is a thin line between abs and no abs. A friend of mine who does bodybuilding competition told me it can be a matter of 2 lbs, but 2 lbs around 10% body fat is a lot to drop

AzraelPC Yea, I joined it. The workouts are going well, but I need to work on my diet. My goal is still 190 and 12% before the end of March. I'll be trying out a new type of diet that is akin to carb-cycling, but instead of cycling low-carb and high-carb 'days', it cycles the times of day.
