Hey you...yes I know it's been awhile...I got to talk to your Dad the day of my retirement ceremony and told him I hadn't seen ya in the gym. Things are good and my workout is getting more instense every week. The shoulder and bicep healed nicely. Gained back some size...I'll post some pics here soon. Hope all is good with u.

Hey you! How ya been, I know it's been ahwile but it's been such a crazy transition after retiring from the Air Force. I just moved further down south in Florida. Now the job search continues..I really need to research being a personal trainer LOL! But I think my Drill Instructor days would return and I'd scare the crap out of my clients. Hey Amber just wanted to check in with you. Hope all is good. Got my bench back up to 275lb yesterday...felt a bit strenuous, but the shoulder and bicep feels pretty good. Hoping to be back over 300lb by the Mid-Summer. :) Back and Tri's abs, and Cardio today..I'm STOKED!!!!!

Hey there, yeah I've been incommunicado here lately. I'm only working out 3 days a week. Slowly but surely getting back to full strength. Hopefully by the end of the month I'll be back in 5 days a week. How ya been?

I'm actually liking the results of N.O. Black Powder. I definetly get a good workout and I'm only taking two scoops vice the three scoops of N.O. Explode. But then again as with all supps what works for me might not work for you.

Thanks for stoppin by, training is going well or as good as it can get considering the circumstances. Training with light weight but at least I'm back in the gym trainng:) A bit sore but it's the good kind just enough to know I'm working the muscle groups...gotta get my diet and clean eating back on track. Hope all is good with you.

My GF has the same issues and is getting ready to schedule surgery to. Good luck with your recovery! The road back is always a tough one which makes the results that much sweeter.

Hey you, OMG Fern, "BORED" IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! I'm loosing my mind. I completely had to change my diet. Compared to my caloric intake when I was lifting at my heaviest to prevent unwanted weight gain. I managed to gain only 3lbs so far. But loss some serious size. I paused on the supps...not sure if that was a good idea but I figured if I couldn't get my lift on no sense on wasting $$$ on supps. Advice??? BTW have I told ya "YOU ROCK" LOL ya know u do!!!*wink*

"J" what's up brah...no doubt long time no chat. HOLY SHIT! Brah ur looking more JACKED than ever!!! Me Ugh!! not so much I lost 3inches since October...Everyone keeps telling me it will come back quick. I'm trying to stay optimistic about the whole situation. I see my surgeon on the 19th for my second post op. Hoping I get the green light to start working out.

thanks brah...just hittin cardio and abs real hard. No liftin till Jan 09 thats metally a tough one to deal with but one day at a time. I'm looking at it as a good way to lean up. Diet completely changed. Not thrilled about loosing size. Good luck with those goals

Appreciate the kind words Steve. I need all the motivation I can get right about now. Workouts are pretty much limited to cardio and light leg days till the bicep and shoulder heal. Lookin jacked brah! Got my vote...
