235lbs- 173lbs Currently 16%BF I trained 6 days a week and ate healthy. Anyone can do it, so can you!!!

Tim_Wright i do a lot of hanging crunches and leg lifts. i do laying down leg lifts and sitting crunches. i do sit ups like nick edge's videos and cable crunches. but i also run alot of cardio i was running 5 miles in 44 minutes was my best time. Jul 21, 2009 11:12am

HillsongUNITED I saw you visit to my BodySpace yesterday. Your starting point was similar to mine. Learning from your accomplishments boosts my motivation. The hardest part right now has been the 1000 questions on -correct- nutrition and training to gain lean muscle and cut. After tons of research I am on Keto right now.
