Thanks a ton, Nebyou. I could never grow, so I focused primarily on powerlifting. I might be able to get up some heavy weight for my bodyweight, but I stay injured. Cake and eat-it-too, I suppose:)
I haven't been lifting in a little while now and my schedule is going to get real tough so I am not sure how I will find time.l..at the very least I'll resort to what I used to do back in the day...push-ups and sit-ups on my breaks and eating right...I should be able to squeeze at least one gym workout a week...we'll see...
I am doing alright...had a crazy emergency a few weeks ago that has kept me out of the gym 4 a bit...working on school mainly right now and personal life drama...about it....last I talked to you...you were having some major health problems...everything straight?
That is my max...I actually did 405 X 10. So when you out it in it calculates my max which would be 500 X 1.
Have yet to actually try to squat 500...

Me forget? NEVER! I'll never forget how ambitious u were with your target muscle and weight gains. I always KNEW u'd beat me - 'cause u're a boy! I'm all better from the surgeries and back to competing on the national stage. Still working to improve - ALWAYS! Glad to see ur still focused. *smile*
