How I Started:
I started the week of my 20th birthday; I was overweight at 235lbs. Took me till my 21st bday to get down to 165lbs, but over the years I've grown to 258lbs through intense weight training and a little too much indulgence. Trying to cut some bodyfat off, now. My goal is to hit 220 and see where I'm at.
Why I Love It:
I love making gains in every lift, from bench press to calf raises. Every workout is a challenge and I enjoy keeping competitive with myself, always pushing to the limit.

The elliptical machine... no stress on the knees.
