I'm a mother of two who hasn't quite lost the baby weight. I found out I have celiac disease, and that was hindering any progress I might have made. I want to have a *tight* body that I can be proud to show off to my husband. :)

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I do it at home, not at the gym. To each their own - I always have earphones in my ear.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Synthetic fabric pants, undergarments and shirt. Because I hate to feel wet and sticky from sweat.

Just gotta have the right attitude. Stay focused to knock out 5 or 6 lbs and the incentive of the results will start to kick in. From there, the process feeds itself.
